lemonade. friend or faux

well im doing it. the lemonade diet or "master cleanse". i will be the first to tell you, it does NOT taste like lemonade. it definitely contains lemons, as well as maple syrup and cayenne pepper. i was told it is similar to taking a shot of liquor. well i had a little sample of my lemon elixir and it concludes my thoughts on the "lame"ness of alcohol. it was burny guy. This "little" 10 DAY detox has many abundant effects. It has been known to clean out all your insides, increase energy, heal body aching, reduce swelling, clear the mind, blah blah blah. lets get serious right now, im in a legit walk down the isle wedding at the end of week, and there is one reason why im doing it. you're supposed to lose 10 to 20 pounds. hells ya. of course its mostly poop and water, but im all about not looking quite so "poofy", (my nice word that really means fat,disgusting, chubby, all the above.) But after i read my master cleanse book, in all honesty, im pumped about the healthy crap too. so wish me luck. and i'll see you 10 lbs. lighter.
